The best beancurd in town
I was craving for some beancurd at that time so I headed down to Lao Ban HQ at Old Airport Road Food Center for their Beancurd (Tauhuey). Overall, the beancurd has a soft, smooth, delicate, fine, silky texture that slides down your throat after it disintegrates on your tongue. Different from all other ordinary beancurds out in the market. The queue at Old Airport Road is quite long and usually people would snap over 20 bowls at one go!
