Though it appears to be hard and crunchy, in actual fact it is soft and gives off a smooth feel.

What are Macarons exactly? It is a sweet meringue-based confectionery made with egg whites, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food coloring. 

The place we visited was located at Orchard Road, Takashimaya. There was no dine-in, only for take-away. I recommend this shop for family shoppers or couples, they also offer a range of interesting design of cakes regardless the size.
